Mark is a senior project manager for NTM. He offers over 21 years of engineering experience and more than 22 years of construction experience. He began his engineering career as a Department of Transportation (DOT) inspector in Delaware and Maryland and was an Assistant Township Engineer for Elkton, Maryland. Mark has worked on origin destination studies, highway sound analysis, traffic impact studies, highway drainage, environmental impact studies, and the design of two minor collector roadways. His recent engineering experience focuses on water resources, and his relevant areas of expertise include municipal engineering, watershed analysis, stream modeling, water quality monitoring, hydrologic and hydraulic analysis, flood management, bridge scour analysis, green stormwater design, site development, construction management, and integrated project delivery. Mark developed a fish-friendly high density polyethylene (HDPE) culvert for use under roadways in sensitive environments.
