DeBarry Presented at ASHE North East Penn Section Meeting

NTM Director of Geospatial Technologies and Watershed Management Paul DeBarry, PE, PH, GISP, D.WRE presented at the ASHE North East Penn Section meeting on January 12, 2016, at Calarusso’s LaPalazzo, 450 Birney Avenue, Moosic, PA. He presented “Blueprint for One of the Nation’s Largest SCM Maintenance Programs – PA Department of Transportation.” The presentation covered the major SCM Maintenance Program’s overhaul to meet PennDOT’s MS4 and NPDES construction permit commitments. It highlighted the key program components, explained the numerous challenges, and gave a preview of future program enhancements.
