NTM encourages employees to pursue continued growth and education throughout their careers, whether it is formally with related course work and advanced degrees or within professional organizations. We provide tuition assistance to regular full-time employees pursuing an associate’s, bachelor’s, or master’s degree or other related course work, when the classes are related to NTM’s professional service offerings and to an employee’s present or potential job responsibilities.
We also support our employees who choose to pursue professional licensure, registration, and certification in their designated fields. NTM provides financial assistance with exam preparation and professional licensure renewals.
NTM is very active in industry professional organizations and have had several employees take on leadership roles.
