NTM held its First Annual Wellness Challenge to engage employees, encourage teamwork, and promote healthy living. The five-week competition, held virtually, included activities that focused on healthy eating, exercise, and mindfulness. Each week had a different theme with bonus activities added for additional opportunities to earn points. Points were given for each day of exercise, healthy eating, and posting an image, video, or recipe to a dedicated Microsoft Teams channel, allowing employees to react and comment on each other’s posts.
An impressive 87% of employees participated in the competition. Weekly prizes were awarded, as well as overall prizes at the end of the five weeks. Over 400 photos and videos were posted to the Teams channel, allowing our employees to stay connected while working from home this summer.
