NTM Engineering, Inc. (NTM) is proud to have partnered with Habitat for Humanity for a company-wide service project. Over 75% of NTM staff provided volunteer services for the York County and Centre County Habitat for Humanity organizations. Our hands-on experience included various tasks for the five locations, specifically painting, installing flooring, framing the interior of a remodel, spackling, and yardwork.
“What we do here is simply not possible without groups like NTM Engineering,” said York Habitat’s Associate Director Mark Mattern. “This group of volunteers has shown a real commitment. They have been out with us several times and at various locations. It really makes it easier to build safe, decent, affordable homes with the support of volunteers like NTM Engineering.”
“As part of our celebration of our ten-year anniversary, we wanted to give back to our communities in ten different ways. NTM has a long history of community outreach and the Habitat for Humanity project not only gave back to our communities but focused on our team-building spirit. NTM employees generously gave their time and labor to this project and we are thrilled with the teamwork that was displayed on-site for these future homeowners. We look forward to working with Habitat for Humanity again in the future,” stated Donna Newell, MS, PE, CFM, President.
